Dalton also shared updates on the board, personal, and community mandates given to him upon his arrival a year ago.
Dalton spoke about this year’s plans, including exploring more technology trends and outcomes, and pursuing corporate work to grow additional revenue streams. But Dalton stated that following state and federal franchising legislation, and working with our current and any potential future cable companies, would be paramount.

When Dalton asked for questions from the floor, Ralph Wynn stated that he hoped WCTV would look at the personnel requirements for hiring. Wynn urged all to remember what public access means, especially to under-represented populations.
